Steamed pig feet with wild pepper sauce
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: after the frying pan is red (do not add oil), put in the chopped pig feet. Dry burn to blood, burn pig skin. Be sure to keep turning to avoid burning.
Step 2: there is no bleeding water in the pig's feet. When the skin is golden, turn off the fire, and then add salt to stir the pig's feet. Dip the salt evenly on the pig's feet. Pour out to a steaming bowl.
Step 3: pour pig's feet into the steaming bowl, add: 1 tbsp oil, 6 tbsp wild pepper sauce pepper (it must be authentic wild pepper sauce pepper to be spicy), 5 pieces of garlic powder, 2 pieces of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon chicken essence, 0.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar.
Step 4: if you have a pressure cooker, you'd better steam it in a pressure cooker, as long as 30 minutes. But today I used an ordinary electric steamer, so I steamed it for 2 hours.
Step 5: after steaming, take it out and dress it up. Color the pig's feet evenly, then you can eat it:)
