Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs with pineapple

Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs with pineapple

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the juice in advance, about the right amount of white vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, half a teaspoon of soy sauce and half a bowl of water. I have tried it with my tongue, sweet and sour is OK. I don't like mature vinegar and Zhejiang vinegar very much, so I use white vinegar instead.

Step 2: heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil, oil heat 5 tbsp sugar, heat the pan until the sugar begins to melt and change color, pour in the spareribs and turn them evenly quickly; pour in the seasoned juice, turn it over a few times, cover the pan and simmer for a few minutes. My spareribs are not big, and it doesn't take too long. Then add water and starch to thicken them, pour a few drops of sesame oil, and gather the juice over high fire.

Step 3: turn off the heat and serve the spareribs, leave a little sauce, then pour in the pineapple soaked in salted water, open the fire and put it in the pot, spread it around the spareribs, and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.
