Braised beef with bamboo shoots
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut garlic into large pieces, green onion into sections, ginger into slices, beef into large pieces, bamboo shoots into sections (here I used 3 garlic, 1 green onion, and a small piece of ginger ~ ~ beef, because I don't like the thin one, < br > so I chose the one with muscle and fat).
Step 2: rinse the bamboo shoots with clean water, put the beef in the water pot, add a few pieces of ginger, and blanch a few pieces of scallion.
Step 3: remove all blood and put it out for use.
Step 4: put oil in the pot and heat it over low heat.
Step 5: put in Pixian Douban, dry pepper and Zanthoxylum. Stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: add onion, ginger and garlic to stir fry.
Step 7: mix with water (it's best to add fresh soup if you have prepared fresh soup), add star anise, fennel and cinnamon, and boil to taste.
Step 8: add the beef, add a little pepper (just need to improve the flavor, so it's really a little bit good) and bring to a boil (the amount of water is about 4 small bowls, which is the small bowl for eating).
Step 9: bring the water to a boil, move it to a small pot and simmer for about 45 minutes (when the beef is ripe, you can try the saltiness, if you don't think it's enough, you can add some salt), add bamboo shoots and simmer.
Step 10: 10 minutes after the pot, plate that is.
Step 11: the delicious roast beef with bamboo shoots is coming.
