Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: loofah.

Step 2: fish balls and crab sticks.

Step 3: peel luffa and cut hob block.

Step 4: crab stick.

Step 5: sit in the pan, wait for the oil to be slightly hot, then add shredded green onion.

Step 6: after flavoring, add the soup, bring to a boil, then add the fish balls, and continue the fire.

Step 7: cook the fish balls until they are twice as big, then add the loofah.

Step 8: put in the crab stick, when the loofah becomes transparent, add some salt, sesame oil and chicken essence to taste, and then out of the pot.

Soup: or water

Salt: right amount

Sesame oil: appropriate amount

Note: if the big fish ball needs to be changed, I use the small one.
