Stewed pumpkin with chicken
Introduction:
"I loved this dish when I was a child. I felt that pumpkin was better than chicken."
Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the chicken and let it cool.
Step 2: cut the pumpkin into pieces.
Step 3: fry the garlic seeds with a little oil and set aside.
Step 4: put another tbsp oil in the pan, add ginger and red pepper, stir fry the chicken until the edge turns yellow.
Step 5: add cooking wine, raw soy sauce, aged soy sauce, boiled water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 6: put the pumpkin into the stew to the soft degree I like. I like the very soft one. The pumpkin is soft and rotten, and the soup is rich. Put monosodium glutamate out of the pot.
