Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wrapped walnuts
Step 2: soak in warm water for half an hour and change the water once in the middle
Step 3: put water in the pot, add half a spoonful of salt and 6 tablespoons of sugar (I used 30 walnuts according to the amount of sugar in walnuts) and cook over low heat until thick. Remove and cool
Step 4: stir fry the white sesame
Step 5: put the cooled walnut oil into the pot
Step 6: deep fry slowly in a small fire until it is jujube red. There is a Dangdang sound on the spoon
Step 7: mix well with white sesame
Step 8: done~

Note: the benefits of this approach walnut more clean, no dust, do not come out too sweet, crisp and delicious, if you like to eat sweet, you can omit the warm water soaking process~~
