Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and peel the radish, brush it into silk with a brush, marinate it with a little salt until it comes out of water, and then squeeze the water dry.

Step 2: chop the pork into minced meat, soak the mushrooms and cut them into pieces, heat the oil in the pan, and stir fry the mushrooms and shrimps until fragrant.

Step 5: put the small balls on the steaming tray and steam them for 15 minutes.

Salt: right amount

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Pepper: right amount

Note: radish water must be squeezed very dry, you can squeeze two or three times.
