Production steps:
Step 1: buy a piece of tofu. It's made in a pot. It's hard to press. It doesn't have much water and tastes good.
Step 2: cut the bean curd into pieces, not too thick.
Step 3: heat the pan and add oil. Fry the bean curd until both sides are golden. When frying, put a little salt on it. Sprinkle cumin before leaving the pan and fry for a while to make both sides evenly stained with cumin. Fry one by one, sprinkle with chives and dip in chili sauce.
