Production steps:
Step 1: put the diced apple into the pot, sprinkle with 70 grams of sugar, add lemon juice, and cook over medium heat until transparent. Keep the water dry. Do not scorch.
Step 2: cooked diced apple
Step 3: add low gluten flour and baking powder (SIFT flour and baking powder twice), and then stir.

Note: don't put water when cooking diced apples, because the apples will come out of water after being heated.
