Minpai fried rice noodles
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: stir fry the cabbage, dried squid, bacon and garlic in the pan, then stir fry the cabbage soft. Turn off the fire.
Step 2: put the rice noodles into the basin, which is unique to the lake in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. It's very chewy.
Step 3: pour in boiling water and blanch it, so that it is easier to cook when frying.
Step 4: drain the water, put it on the fried cabbage and fire again.
Step 5: stir well.
