Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: first cut the bean curd into 2 cm square pieces, fry it with 50% heat until golden yellow, drain the oil and set aside.

Step 2: wash the peanuts with cold water and soak for a while. Remove the red clothes and cut the garlic into peanuts.

Step 3: 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 2 teaspoons water and 1 teaspoon soy sauce to prepare the sauce.

Step 4: leave less base oil in the pot, be sure to cool the oil, put the pepper and peanuts into the pot at the same time, stir fry slowly, keep the fire in the middle, so as not to fry the peanuts paste, stir fry until golden, put the tofu into the pot, stir fry a few times, pour in the adjusted juice, color, put green garlic, salt, and then turn off the fire.
