Boiled fish with tomato juice

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: marinate fish fillets with salt, wine, ginger, green onion and corn flour.

Step 2: cauliflower, bean sprouts, Chinese cabbage.

Step 3: onion, tomato, pepper.

Put them into the conditioning machine, add the water that just scalded the fish, cover the ingredients, and then add lemon juice, sugar, salt, wine, a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper to make the sauce.

Step 10: bring the sauce to a boil and thicken it with water.

Step 11: sprinkle some parsley and sprinkle on the fish fillets.

Note: this sauce is versatile. I use it to cook fish, ribs, hamburger, chicken or salad. Spicy sour is very appetizing, like more spicy can add more pepper. It's far fetched to call it boiled fish, but it's really boiled fish fillets. Wise people see wisdom.
