Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken wings, cut them in half, mix with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, spicy fresh, cornmeal, shredded ginger and minced garlic, and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2: peel potatoes and cut them into 2cm thin slices, wash green peppers and cut them into strips.
