Production steps:

Step 1: soak the dried minnow in cold water for 30 minutes and bring it to a full boil.

Step 2: squeeze out the water from the soaked dried minnow. Separate the skin from the meat by hand. Tear it in the direction of the fish.

Step 3: after tearing, add sugar, vinegar, Korean chili sauce, and then add chili oil. Put in the white sesame.

Note: dried minnow must be soaked in cold water for more than 30 minutes. Don't wash after soaking. It won't have too much original flavor after washing.
