Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: food preparation.

Step 2: cut all but yams. (cut the yam when it is in the pot)

Step 3: cool the oil in a hot pan and stir fry the minced meat over low heat.

Step 6: add yam and stir fry.

Step 7: add some boiling water and simmer for 1 minute.

Minced meat: 100g

Carrot: 100g

Cucumber: 100g

Yam: 100g

Leek head: 50g

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

Note: carrots in vegetables should be put first, because carotene is oil soluble.
