Production steps:
Step 1: clean the duck, remove its skin, chop it into pieces, blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain.
Step 2: remove the seeds of wax gourd, wipe off the white frost on the skin, wash and cut into pieces; soak job's tears in water for 30 minutes.
