Ham and cheese omelet
Introduction:
"The classic American breakfast is a simple omelet with ham and cheese. I ate it many times in the school canteen. Today I try to make it myself with fresh fruit. Happy day starts with breakfast."
Production steps:
Step 1: two eggs (for one person), cheese (any cheese will do, I use mozzarella), the right amount of butter, the right amount of ham
Step 2: beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little black pepper. Chop up the ham and cheese a little.
Step 3: heat the pan, add proper amount of butter, and melt completely.
Step 4: add the eggs and fry over low heat. When frying eggs, you can slowly shovel the eggs from the edge to the center with chopsticks. This is to make the egg liquid fully heated and keep the tenderness of the egg cake
Step 5: when the eggs are almost fried and only a little liquid is left in the middle, add ham and cheese. Evenly spread one side of the omelet, not the other.
Step 6: cover the side without ham and cheese over the side with ham and cheese and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 7: with fruit, a glass of milk or juice, fresh morning begins!
