Production steps:

Note: This drink can be drunk in any season. It is hot in winter and can be used after cold storage in summer. Lemon slices, grapefruit tea and rock sugar can be put in according to personal taste. Don't put a lot of salty kumquat at a time. If you put too much, it will become salty tea. The pomelo tea and salted kumquat used here are all made by myself. They are hand-made, without any additives. They haven't broken after a year.
