Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pork into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes.
Step 2: clean the cabbage, drain and cut into sections for later use.
Step 3: wash the carrots, slice and set aside.
Step 4: cut the scallions and set aside.
Step 5: put proper amount of water in it, bring to a boil, put in the noodles and cook them well, then take out the water for standby (I'm lazy, I don't have water).
Step 6: put some oil in the pot, saute the scallion until fragrant, add shredded meat and fry until discolored.
Step 7: add carrot slices and stir fry.
Step 8: add cabbage and stir fry.
Step 9: add the right amount of oyster sauce, salt, stir fry, add a little water.
Step 10: add the noodles to the right amount of soy sauce, stir fry evenly, then out of the pot.

Note: when the noodles are cooked, it can be out of the pot when it is medium cooked. Put cold water for a while, otherwise it will be sticky. I am lazy, so the noodles are not so sharp.
