Production steps:

Step 1: vegetable oil.

Step 2: onion, ginger, pepper.

Step 3: cut scallion and ginger into large pieces.

Step 4: put oil into the pot (according to the amount you eat, you can boil more and put it in a container for standby). Add chilling oil into pepper and ginger slices.

Step 5: slow down to 80% heat, turn off the heat and put in the scallion.

Step 6: after automatic cooling, filter into oil pot or container for standby.

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Note: Summer boil as little as possible, half a month boil can. It's OK to use it for half a year in other seasons.
