Uygur medicine is the traditional medicine of Uygur people. It is based on the accumulation and development of the national medicine, and draws the essence of the medical culture of different regions and nationalities in the East and West, thus forming a traditional medical system with the characteristics of Uygur nationality. Uighur medicine is a traditional medicine based on Aierkang (four major substances) theory, mishaji (temperament) theory and three-dimensional (body fluid) theory, with dialectical treatment, according to a whole set of principles, treatment techniques and medication methods for individual and symptoms.
