Brief introduction of traditional Chinese medicine (GE's kneading and beating therapy)
Applicant: Haidian District, Beijing
GE's muscle pinching and beating therapy uses fingers to knead and beat the meridians, tendons and tendons of specific parts of the body to promote qi and blood circulation and regulate the viscera, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening tendons and bones, harmonizing Qi and blood, preventing and treating diseases. Its theory originated from the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and its treatment technology originated from the ancient Chinese technique of "guiding and pressing stilts". This therapy originated in the late Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 150 years. The family was originally born in Penglai, Shandong, and their grandparents settled in Liaoning and Jinzhou. The first generation founder, Ge Xian Bao, set up a pot in Shandong to create the "Ge's kneading and tapping therapy". It was spread to the third generation of Ge Changhai. Haidian District of Beijing has become the main inheritance area of "Ge's kneading tendon patting therapy".
GE's kneading and beating therapy inherited the traditional Chinese medicine culture and formed a unique pulse position theory and kneading and beating technology. This therapy is characterized by various techniques, easy operation, wide indications, exact curative effect, and open and diversified inheritance.
The therapy also faces problems such as the change of medical cultural atmosphere, some inheritors are not qualified as medical practitioners, the theory and technology still need to be further summarized, and the training and inheritance are limited. Protection measures need to be taken to make it better inherit and develop.
