Picheng farm is located at the junction of Jiangsu and Shandong, the north side of the East Longhai Railway and the Bank of the Millennium ancient Yunhe river. It has a history of more than 300 years. With a total area of 93 square kilometers, 75000 mu of arable land and a population of 71896, the town has jurisdiction over 22 villages and Chengdong neighborhood committees. It is located in the north of Pizhou City, 20 kilometers away from Pizhou City in the south, 310 National Highway in the north, 233 provincial highway in the East, Lianyungang and baitabu airport, Beijing Shanghai Expressway in the East, Xuzhou, Beijing Guangzhou, Beijing Shanghai railway, Beijing Shanghai and Beijing Fuzhou Expressway in the West, Guanyin Airport and Xuzhou Lianyungang Expressway in the south.

economic development

Picheng town belongs to Yimeng alluvial fan plain in Huanghuai region. The underground mineral water of Aishan, which borders Tiefu town in the north, is rich in more than 30 trace elements, such as metasilicic acid. It is determined as drinking high-quality natural mineral water by the state. The town mainly produces garlic, wheat, rice, cotton, sericulture, ginkgo, Italian poplar. With the strong momentum of attracting investment and the rapid rise of private economy, the scale of emerging industrial towns with four pillar industries of textile, plate, mineral water and food brewing as the leading industries, shipbuilding, papermaking, agricultural and sideline products processing and other complete categories is highlighted. The total number of enterprises in the town is 2343, including 473 industrial projects, 226 private and privately controlled industries and 247 individuals. By the end of 2004, the gross national product of the whole town was 450 million yuan, and the per capita income of farmers was 3650 yuan.
