Xuzhou Quanshan economic development zone is an economic development zone established by Xuzhou municipal Party committee and government to strengthen the construction of the northwest of the city and accelerate the urbanization strategy. The total planning area is 32 square kilometers, of which the starting area is 8.81 square kilometers.

Overview of the Development Zone

It is mainly divided into four functional areas: large-scale industrial concentration area, Jiuli Lake Ecological Wetland Park area, ecological commercial tourism residential area and urban agriculture demonstration area. The development zone has four distinct seasons, mild climate, abundant rainfall and sufficient sunshine. The annual average temperature is 14 degrees, the average annual precipitation is about 900 mm, and the frost free period is 200-220 days. The location advantage of the north of the city is obvious. The development zone is located in the northwest of Xuzhou City, 7.5km away from the center of Xuzhou City, forming a comprehensive operation system with railway as the backbone, highway as the vein, waterway and air transport as the extension. The superior geographical location and convenient transportation network make the Development Zone in the north of the city the throat and important gateway of Xuzhou City, which connects the north of Anhui Province in the West and the south of Shandong Province in the north. The infrastructure in the north of the city is perfect. Since its establishment in 2002, the development zone has continuously increased investment in infrastructure construction, with an investment of nearly 200 million yuan. It has successively completed the construction of roads, electric power, water supply and drainage, communication and heating, and greening and beautification projects. It has the infrastructure construction conditions of "six links and one leveling", greatly improving the bearing capacity of the investment hard environment. Huamei Kengkou environmental protection Thermal Power Co., Ltd., located in the Development Zone, will be put into use with a new installed capacity of 2 × 300000 kwh on the basis of the original 2 × 55000 kwh, which will provide more sufficient heat source guarantee for enterprises entering the zone. High voltage lines of 11000v and 11000v are set up in the whole park. The heating system covers four functional areas.
