Sino Singapore Nanjing eco science and technology Island (Singapore · Nanjing eco science and technology Island) is located in Jiangxinzhou, Jianye District, Nanjing city. Its construction is an initiative of Jiangsu Province in implementing the Yangtze River Delta integrated development strategy and the development strategy along the Yangtze River. The framework agreement was signed by the two sides in November 2008, and the signing ceremony of the joint venture and the foundation laying ceremony of the project were held in Nanjing on May 25, 2008.

Sino Singapore Nanjing eco technology island is jointly promoted by Singapore Ministry of trade and industry, Jiangsu provincial Party committee and provincial government, jointly invested by Singapore Renheng land group, Shengbang Xinye group and Shengke group, and jointly developed and constructed with relevant parties in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. At the same time, it is another major project of cooperation between Jiangsu and Singapore after Suzhou Industrial Park.

The project is located in Jiangxinzhou of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It is a South-North jiangzhongzhou island surrounded by water. It is adjacent to Nanjing Hexi new city and main city by Jiajiang River in the East, and faces Nanjing Jiangbei new city by Yangtze River main channel in the West. It is 6.5km away from the city center and covers an area of 15.21km2.
