Hongqi community is an old community with a history of nearly 30 years. It extends to Xinhai road in the East, Longhai Railway in the west, Xinhai Power Generation Co., Ltd. in the South and Hailian West Road in the north, covering an area of 2.8 square kilometers. The community has 19 resident groups and 1600 households, with a total population of 4650. There are six party groups and 104 members in the community party branch.
