Huangyang Town, belonging to Suiyang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northwest of Suiyang County, adjacent to qinggangtang town in the East, Wangcao town in the southeast, kuankuo town in the southwest, Tongzi County in the West and Taibai town in the north. The administrative area is 170.8 square kilometers.

History of construction
The Qing Dynasty belonged to the first and second class of Zhao family. During the Republic of China, it belonged to Huangyang township.
During the Great Leap Forward period, Huangyang township was transformed into a commune.
In August 1984, it was restored to jianhuangyang Township, belonging to kuankuo district office.
In 1992, the three townships of Huangyang, JINZI and Chashu merged to establish Huangyang town (including Tianwan village, which was designated after the original Jiulong township was withdrawn).
