Founded in April 2000, the community covers an area of 300000 square meters and has 66 residential buildings. There are about 1600 households in the community, about 5000 people. Fukang community, founded in April 2000, is located in the southeast of Yueya Lake in Nanjing City, covering an area of 0.22 square kilometers. It has 2704 residents, 70% of the relocated farmers, 7014 permanent residents, 137 households with subsistence allowances and 198 people with subsistence allowances, accounting for 45% of the whole street. 314 people are entitled to land lost subsidies, accounting for 86% of the streets, and 90 people are disabled, accounting for 26% of the streets. It is a residential community dominated by former landless farmers. There are 54 buildings in the area.
