Sanxing town

Sanxing town is located in the east of Wanzai County, the provincial trunk line of Wanfang highway. It governs 10 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee, 179 villager groups, with a permanent population of 28633 (2017), with a total area of 107.9 square kilometers. The town government is located in Sanxing street, 13 kilometers away from the county. The cultivated area is 29800 mu. With convenient transportation, it is the communication center of Wanzai east line. Sanxing is rich in natural resources, such as coal, limestone, porcelain clay, bamboo, forest and so on.

In September 2018, Sanxing town was selected into the demonstration construction list of strong agricultural towns.

Historical evolution

Sanxing has a long history and rich cultural tourism resources. In the early Southern Song Dynasty, Wu family moved here and developed a large area of land. One of the hills had 300 sticks (about 12 mu), named 300 hills. During the Hongwu Period of Ming Dynasty, Liyu people moved from naochang to open shop and set up shop here, so it became a market. In 1920, taking the meaning of prosperity, Sanxing was renamed Sanxing for short. Sanxing commune was established in 1958, changed to Sanxing Township in 1984, and set up Sanxing town in 2000. Sanxing is the largest rural market town in the north of Wanzai county. It is a fair on the first, fourth and seventh day of the lunar calendar, and there are nearly ten thousand people in each fair.

There are 65 enterprises in the town, including fireworks, building materials, coal, lead wire, bamboo and wood processing, fruit and vegetable processing, etc. There are more than 4200 employees. Among them, large enterprises include Hong Kong Rongsheng fireworks Co., Ltd., Xinda fireworks Co., Ltd., alite Technology Co., Ltd., Lvyang Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Wanxin Ceramics Co., Ltd. and Minxin Wood Industry Co., Ltd. Over the past few years, under the strong leadership of the leaders of the higher authorities, we have continued to implement the strategy of ecological sustainable development around the guideline of "no gold and silver mountains, only green waters and green mountains", so as to make the whole town embark on the road of "building the town by environment, prospering the town by industry and enriching the town by ecology". In 2010, the fiscal revenue of Sanxing town was 31.165 million yuan, an increase of 88% over the same period of last year, accounting for 177.6% of the total tasks in 2010. In 2011, the fiscal revenue of Sanxing town was 40.385 million yuan, an increase of 58% over the same period of last year. It won the second place in the comprehensive evaluation of the whole county, the first level award of fiscal revenue and the three-year doubling award. It was rated as the province's Green Township and the city's "five-year Law Popularization" advanced unit, and the convenience service center was awarded As the province's excellent service center for the convenience of township people, the per capita income of farmers is more than 5600 yuan.

In 2013, the total revenue was 54.386 million yuan, the gross social product was 1.174 billion yuan, and the investment in social fixed assets was 831 million yuan.

Agriculture

Agriculture has been developing steadily. With the adjustment of industrial structure and the development of science and technology, the pace of developing "three high agriculture and characteristic agriculture" has been accelerated. High quality rice accounts for 98% of the planting area. The main cash crops are greenhouse vegetables, watermelon, cantaloupe, ginger, lily, cotton, medicinal materials, etc. There is a new breakthrough in pig production. The annual number of live pigs in the market has reached more than 2 per capita, becoming a commercial pig base in Wanzai.

Forestry

The forestry land of the town is 92800 mu, and the forest coverage rate is more than 40%. The rough processing of bamboo and wood is well developed, and the fine processing needs to be developed.

Industry

The reform of industrial enterprises has been deepened. Town run enterprises include porcelain factory, fireworks, fireworks, building materials, machine brick, quarrying, infrastructure, etc. The Party committee and government of the town liberated their minds and changed their ideas. Wanxing Ceramics Co., Ltd. was leased to produce "sun" brand porcelain exterior wall tiles, antique tiles and other products. The products are exported to South Korea, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian regions

There are more than 200 private enterprises and individual businesses in the town. The investment environment has been optimized in an all-round way, preferential policies have been implemented, and remarkable achievements have been made in attracting investment. Cement roads have been built in the streets, and new business cities and modern town government office buildings and hotels have been built. Sanxing street has tens of thousands of people going to the market every day.

Sanxing is a hot spot for investment and business. Characteristic work

In 2012, our town carried out the pilot work of "incentive mechanism for group level group members to perform their duties" in three villages of naoping, Wansui and Shatan, and achieved good results. On this basis, in 2014, 179 villager groups in 10 villages of the town carried out the work of "incentive mechanism for group level leaders to perform their duties in Sanxing town", further strengthening the construction of villager group, giving full play to the backbone role of the group, and effectively enhancing the cohesion, creativity and combat effectiveness of grassroots organizations.

In June 2013, our town was listed as one of the 19 Town Village linkage demonstration towns in the city.
