Guanyao street, belonging to Lubei District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Lubei District. It is staggered with Kaiping District in the East, adjacent to Diaoyutai street and dongxincun street in the south, Hedong road in the west, facing Longdong street across Tanghe River and Hebei Road Street across Tanghe River in the north, with a total area of 9.6 square kilometers.

In May 1981, Gangyao street was restored. At the end of 2011, the total population of Gangyao street was 43133. As of June 2020, Guanyao street has jurisdiction over 14 communities, and the sub district office is located at No. 26, Xiyao Road, the first community of qianhou Village building.

History of construction

In 1956, there were two streets, dongguanyao and xiguanyao.

In 1957, the two streets merged and set up Gangyao street.

In 1969, it was renamed Gangyao Street Revolutionary Committee.

In May 1981, the Revolutionary Committee was abolished and the Gangyao street was restored.
