Tongbei town

Beizhen, which is located in Bei'an City, Heihe City, Heilongjiang, is located in the western part of Bei'an. It is connected with the Haixing town and the construction farm. The south is bounded by the river of Tong River and the water from Haibei town of Helen. It is adjacent to Shiquan Town, and is bordered by the north and Yang. In 2018, the area of the city was 131.35 square meters and the registered residence population was 31742.

In May of 1917, it belonged to Tongbei county. On March 1, 1956, it was incorporated into Bei'an county and set up Tongbei town. In November 1958, Tongbei commune was changed. In April 1983, the commune was transformed into a town. In March 1989, Xinmin Township was merged into Tongbei town. As of October 2019, Tongbei town has 5 communities and 4 administrative villages.
