Fulu Korean Manchu Township

Fulu Korean Manchu Township is an ethnic township under the jurisdiction of Muling City, Heilongjiang Province. Fulu Korean Manchu Township is located in the northeast of Muling City, which is the only border agricultural township where ethnic minorities gather.

Historical evolution

Township name comes from Fulu village. Originally known as "Liangzi River", because of the nearby Liangzi River named.

In the Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of ningguta. When the post road from ningguta to honey mountain was opened, a post station was set up in Liangzi river. Since then, the road has gradually opened up and the population has increased year by year.

At the end of Qing Dynasty, in 1910 (the second year of Xuantong of Qing Dynasty), it was subordinate to the first police district of Muling county.

After the founding of the Republic of China, it was transferred to the Fourth District in 1921,

In 1923, it was transferred to Bamiantong town.

After the fall of Northeast China, fulujia was set up in 1933, under the eight sides of Tongbao,

In 1939, Fulu village was established.

After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945,

In April 1946, Fulu district was set up.

In February 1949, it was changed into the second district.

In March 1956, the township was divided into Fulu and Qingfeng.

In September 1958, the two townships were merged to form the Fulu people's commune.

In August 1984, the government and society were separated and changed to Fulu township.

On September 3, 2013, Fulu township was changed into Fulu Korean Manchu Township.

In November 2013, Heilongjiang provincial government approved the establishment of Fulu Korean Manchu Township in Muling City.

Fulu Korean Manchu Township is located in the northeast of Muling City, which is a border agricultural township where ethnic minorities gather. Located in the "Golden Triangle" of Northeast Asia, it is located in the golden channel of export to Russia. Jima highway and dan'a highway run through the whole rural area, 45 km away from Suifenhe airport and 50 km away from Suiman expressway. There are 16 administrative villages, 3 natural villages and 1 community directly under the jurisdiction of the township, 4 Forest Industry farms (fengyueqiao, Guangming, qinggouling and Hanconggou), 1 local Bureau Forest Farm (Ziping forest farm) and 1 municipal second improved variety farm.

In 2013, the township area was 667 square kilometers, with 220000 hectares of arable land.

Fulu Korean Manchu Township is an agricultural township with planting industry as the main industry. The natural ecology is good, the water quality is excellent, and the agricultural products are green and pollution-free. The township has 218000 mu of arable land, mainly for rice, soybean and corn, with an annual grain output of 200 million jin. The green food certification area of the township is 176000 mu, which calls for agricultural products brands such as "800 long", "Shengfeng rice", "black soil oil eggs". The leading agricultural industry is flue-cured tobacco, with an annual tax of about 1 million yuan. The characteristic breeding species are deer and forest frog.

Mineral resources: in Fulu Korean Manchu Township, there are many mountains and wide waters, many kinds of mineral resources and large reserves. More than ten kinds of resources have been discovered and mined, such as zeolite, ruby and sapphire, calcareous shale, etc.

Forest resources: the forest area accounts for 2 / 3 of the area under the jurisdiction, and the forest coverage rate is 85%. There are more than ten kinds of valuable wood, such as Korean pine, Fraxinus mandshurica, yellow pineapple, etc. There are more than 50 kinds of medicinal plants such as ginseng, Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus, and 20 kinds of wild vegetables such as Pteridium aquilinum and Osmunda japonica.

Water resources: Liangzi river originates from Baishilazi (130 ℃ 38'11 e, 44 ℃ 46'57 n) on the boundary of Dongning. It is located in the middle latitude area and belongs to the continental monsoon climate of north temperate zone with the highest temperature of 35.7 ℃. The annual average precipitation is 530mm, the precipitation is concentrated in June to August, the frost free period is about 126 days, and the sunshine is 2613 hours, which is especially suitable for crop growth. After passing through Maqiaohe town and Fulu Korean Manchu Township of Muling City, it passes through Liangzihe station railway and then flows into Muling River (130 rve31'48 "E and 44 rve59'05" n). The Liangzi River Basin in Muling City covers an area of 727 square kilometers, with a river length of 34.61 kilometers and a river length of about 24 kilometers in Fulu district.
