In 1997, with an area of 0.8 square kilometers and a population of 28000, it has jurisdiction over 14 neighborhood committees, namely shibajia Road, Shangan street, Yongchuan, Yongnan, Xihu, Anlan, Xingqian, Zhongxiao, doumentou, Zhupu, Luwan, xinmadao, Luxi and Yongqing. In 2001, 14 neighborhood committees of Haitan street and 10 neighborhood committees of Dongfeng Street, including Jiatian, Yongdong Road, yongta, wailong'er, Nanzhan, Long'er Road, shangcang, Hengxiang, liming new village and dwarfed stool bridge, established Jiangbin street, which has jurisdiction over 24 neighborhood committees and offices in Jiangbin West Road. The original Dongfeng Street is located in the east of Lucheng District. The main roads are Feixia North Road, liming West Road and Huancheng East Road. Yongdong street was built in 1956 and renamed Dongfeng commune during the cultural revolution. It was renamed Dongfeng Street in 1980. In 1997, it covers an area of 1.2 square kilometers and has a population of 32000. It has jurisdiction over 14 neighborhood committees, including Feixia bridge, Jiatian, Yongdong, Yonglong Fei, yongta, wailong'er, Huancheng East Road, South Railway Station, Long'er Road, commercial warehouse, dwarf bridge, Hengxiang, liming new village and dwarf Bridge East. In 2001, it was abolished, and 10 neighborhood committees including Jiatian, Yongdong Road, yongta, wailong'er, Nanzhan, Long'er Road, shangshangshangcang, Hengxiang, liming new village and kutengqiao were assigned to Jiangbin street, Chaoxia neighborhood committee to Nanmen Street, and 2 neighborhood committees including Feixia bridge and Huancheng East Road to Wuma street.
