Wangjiang town

Wangjiang Town, belonging to the suburb of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of the suburb and the North Bank of Songhua River. It is adjacent to Lianjiangkou Town, Yongfa Township and Lianjiangkou farm of Tangyuan County in the East, Changqing Township and Yanjiang Township across Songhua River in the south, Gejie River in the West and Yude township of Tangyuan County in the north. In 2018, the area was 155 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 19740.

In 1961, Lianjiangkou commune established Wangjiang commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. In August 1986, the township was transformed into a town. In May 1994, it was transferred to the suburb of Jiamusi city.
