The annual average temperature is - 6 ~ 4 ℃; the precipitation is 400 ~ 600mm, and 80% of the rainfall is concentrated in June, July and August; the annual average relative humidity is 70% in the north and 50% in the South; the active accumulated temperature ≥ 10 ℃ is 1400 ~ 2500 ℃; there are frozen soil and seasonal frozen soil in the area, and zhalaino in the north of Daxinganling Permafrost and island permafrost are formed to the north of Yier, Zhalantun, dedu and Tieli. It can be seen that freezing is the main feature of the climate in this area. The cold and wet climate and the existence of frozen soil are the main factors for the formation and development of swamp in this area; the flat watershed and the wide and flat valley, floodplain and terrace in the upper reaches of the river provide a good space for the formation of swamp.
