Xingkaihu Township
Xingkaihu Township, under the jurisdiction of Mishan City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southeast of Mishan City, on the north side of big and small Xingkaihu, bordering Chengzihe Township and Yangmu Township in the East, Xingkaihu Lake in the south, baiyuwan town and Zhiyi town in the west, and Liumao Township in the north. It is 38 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total administrative area of 199 square kilometers.
In the late Qing Dynasty, the area of Xingkaihu township was called majiagang, belonging to Mishan Prefecture; in April 1984, it was changed from Xingkaihu commune to Xingkaihu township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xingkai Lake Township was 10483. In 2019, six administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Xingkai Lake, and the people's government will be stationed in majiagang village.

History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, it was called majiagang, belonging to Mishan Prefecture.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was the third protection in Mishan county. After the fall of Northeast China in 1931, it belonged to majiatunbao village and was later changed to majiagang village. In September 1946, majiagang district was established.
In July 1950, it was renamed District 7.
In March 1956, it was divided into three townships: Xinsheng, Chengzihe and fenghuangde.
In January 1958, Chengzihe township was merged into Xinsheng township; in August of the same year, Xinsheng township was transformed into Xinsheng commune.
In 1960, Xinsheng commune was renamed Xingkai Lake commune.
In April 1962, it was divided into Xingkai Lake and Chengzi River communes.
In April 1984, Xingkaihu commune was transformed into Xingkaihu township.

In 2011, six administrative villages, majiagang, Xingkaihu, Shizuizi, jinyinku, Xinmin and Aimin, were under the jurisdiction of Xingkaihu township.
