Guofu Town, subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Baiquan County, bordering Shiquan Town, Bei'an city in the East, Aimin Township, hailun city across the river in the south, Shengsheng Township in the West and Changsheng Township, Kedong County in the north. It is 30 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 228 square kilometers.

The predecessor of Guofu town was huoshaoyu; in 1988, it was changed from Guofu township to Guofu town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the town of Fu town was 28635. In 2019, 12 administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Guofu Town, and the people's government will be stationed in the protection village, burning in the village.

History of construction

In 1913, it was named huoshaoyu. In 1945, the diligent and thrifty district was established.

In 1952, it was renamed District 7.

In 1956, it was changed into Guofu township.

In 1958, Guofu township was transformed into Guofu commune.

In 1984, Guofu commune was transformed into Guofu township.

In 1988, Guofu township was changed into Guofu town.
