Jiqinhe Township
Jiqinhe Township, belonging to Longjiang County, Qiqihar City, Longjiang Province, is located in the transition zone from the Great Xing'an Mountains to the Songnen Plain. Jiqinhe Township covers a total area of 320.29 square kilometers and governs seven administrative villages. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population was 20732. Historical evolution
It used to belong to lishandian (now Longxing town). In 1949, it belonged to Longjiang County.
In 1959, jiqinhe commune was established.
In 1984, jiqinhe commune was transformed into jiqinhe township.

By the end of 2011, jiqinhe Township had seven villagers' committees (Huixing village is a Manchu Autonomous Village) including Huixing, Huashu, Longtou, dongbeigou, Nanji, Beiji and Hulin, and 140 villagers' groups.
In 2019, jiqinhe Township governs seven administrative villages: Huixing village, Hulin Village, Nanji village, Longtou village, Huashu village, dongbeigou village and Beiji village. The people's government is stationed in Huixing Manchu Autonomous village.
