Hongmei Town, belonging to Meihekou City, Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is located in the southwest of Meihekou city. It borders Shuguang town and evolutional town in the East, Liuhe Town in Liuhe County in the south, Shuidao town and Zhonghe town in the west, and Heishantou town in the north. It is 17 kilometers away from Meihekou City, with a total area of 90.44 square kilometers.

In 1976, Hongmei town was established; in 2002, sibashi township was incorporated into Hongmei town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Hongmei town was 48809.
