Silicon Valley Street is under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province.

The jurisdiction extends to Chaoyue street in the East, ring expressway in the south, xiangyangbaotun, Yongchun Town, Chaoyang District, dachanggoutun, Bayi village, Xingfu Township, Nanguan District, West to xiyueda Road, Kuangda Road, ring expressway in the west, and Chaoda road in the north, covering an area of 17 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over three villages of Wanshun, Laluo and Fuqiang, and six communities of Shunda, Fuyu, Yueda, Chaoqiang, Fuqiang and Xiangwan, with a total population of 54000. The office is located at 177 West Yueda road.

[evolution] on January 25, 2010, the general office of Changchun municipal government issued the notice on the establishment of Silicon Valley sub District Office (cfbf No.1): in order to strengthen the urban management of the South District of the high tech Industrial Development Zone, realize the transformation from village level system to community system, and promote the integration of various livelihood work with the urban area, with the approval of the municipal government, it is decided to set up Silicon Valley sub district office in Chaoyang District It is managed by the Management Committee of the technology industry development zone. The regional boundaries of Silicon Valley sub district office are: Chaoda road in the north, Yumin Road, bingsan Road, Bingsi road in the west, ring expressway in the East, east boundary of Yongchun Park, inundation line of Bayi Reservoir in the west, and ring expressway in the south. With an area of 29.889 square kilometers, it governs three villages, namely Wanshun, Laluo and Fuqiang.

On June 28, 2020, the Civil Affairs Department of Jilin Province approved the adjustment of some administrative divisions in Chaoyang District of Changchun City: the jurisdiction extends to Chaoyue street in the East, ring expressway in the south, xiangyangbaotun in Yongchun town of Chaoyang District, dachanggoutun in Bayi village of Xingfu township of Nanguan District, xiyueda Road, Kuangda Road, ring expressway in the west, Chaoda road in the north, covering an area of 17 square kilometers.
