Hezhangzi Township
Hezhangzi Township, belonging to Jianchang County, Huludao City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Jianchang County. It is adjacent to yangmadianzi Township by baituling in the East, monk house Township by Daqingshan in the south, Xinkailing Township by diaobaoshan village in the West and Lamadong town in the north, with an administrative area of 62.33 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to xinkailingpai, Panling Township, Jianchang County (now Lingyuan town), Chengde Prefecture, Zhili Province; in March 1984, hezhangzi commune was changed to hezhangzi township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of he Zhang Zi Township was 6505. As of June 2020, hezhangzi township has jurisdiction over five administrative villages.
In 2018, hezhangzi Township had one industrial enterprise and eight comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Xinkailing village, Panling Township, Jianchang County, Chengde Prefecture, Zhili Province.
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to baituling Township, the Fourth District of Lingyuan County, Rehe special region.
In 1931, it belonged to baituling, the first district of Lingnan County, Rehe province.
When the Japanese invaders occupied the northeast, they belonged to lamadongjia, the first Bao (jiniuyingzi) in Lingnan County, Rehe province.
In the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), it belonged to Daxin Kailing village of kalaoqin Left Banner (now Lingyuan town).
In 1945, it was occupied by Kuomintang security forces.
In September 1946, it belonged to Xinkailing District, Jianchang County, Rehe province.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belongs to Xinkailing, Jianchang County (the Sixth District), Rehe province.
In 1956, it belonged to hezhangzi Township, Lamadong District, Jianchang County, Liaoning Province.
In 1958, it belonged to Lamadong commune of Jianchang County.
In 1961, it belonged to Xinkailing commune of Jianchang County.
In August 1979, the original Xinkailing commune was divided into two communes. The five brigades in the East community of Xinkailing commune established one commune, namely hezhangzi commune.
In March 1984, hezhangzi commune was transformed into hezhangzi township.

Hezhangzi township is high in the South and low in the north, with an average altitude of 669 meters. Within the territory of rolling mountains, gullies crisscross, dozens of rivers to Qingshan River, into the Daling River. Daqingshan, the highest mountain in western Liaoning Province, is located in hezhangzi Township, 7.5km away from its residence, 1223.8m above sea level, with steep slopes. It extends to Suizhong County in the south, Qinglong in Hebei Province in the west, monk house Township in the East and Lamadong town in the north. There are many mountains with an altitude of more than 800 meters, such as chained Lazi, laobalding, jiuloushan, etc.

More than 200 mu of land and more than 100 trees were affected.
