Niu yingzi Town, belonging to Lingyuan City, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the southeastern part of Lingyuan, East and four Hedong Town, South three village, West to Songling zi Town, North stove Township, north border with Wafangdian City Township, and 140 square kilometers in area, and 20409 registered residence population as of 2018.
In 1930, it belonged to the Fifth District. In 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was established as niuyingzi township. In 1969, niuyingzi commune was established. In January 1984, it was changed to niuyingzi township. In 2014, niuyingzi township was abolished and niuyingzi town was established. As of June 2020, niuyingzi town has 12 administrative villages.
In 2018, niuyingzi town had 20 industrial enterprises and 50 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
