Paoya street, belonging to Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Ganjingzi District. In 1954, it was Paoya street in Ganjingzi District. In August 1969, Paoya and Guojia streets were merged into cement commune. On March 10, 1978, the commune under the jurisdiction of Ganjingzi District was abolished and restored to Paoya street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Paoya sub district was 126300, including 126300 permanent urban residents, with an urbanization rate of 100%.
