Huaihe community administrative affairs management center is located in the central and southern part of Bengbu City. It starts from xintushan road in the north, turns north to Yan'an Road and Hongqi 1st Road, ends at Yanshan Road in the south, Gongnong Road and Hushan West Road in the west, and ends at Jiefang 4th Road in the East.

Introduction to community (Village)

Daihu Village: located in the middle of Donghai Avenue, Bengbu City, on the east side of tiger and adjacent to Huaihe Culture Square in the north, Daihu village covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers and has a population of 3333. There are two natural villages, namely daitang village and xunianyao village, and 11 villager groups.
Yinhe community: established in September 2002, it extends to Jiefang Road in the East, overpass in the south, freight yard special line in the West and Zhongshan Hospital in the north, with an area of 0.2 square kilometers and a population of 4816 people. It has jurisdiction over five districts: sunshine, moonlight, Xingguang, Chenguang and diamond.
Qinya community: established in August 2004. It covers an area of 360 mu with 3300 people. Qinya garden jurisdiction south, north two communities.
Xinjiayuan community: established in June 2006, it covers an area of 110000 square meters and has a population of 2267 (about 2008).
Sunshine Garden community: founded in June 2006, it covers an area of 168000 square meters, with 23 residential buildings and 1526 households.
Bauhinia celebrity community: it is located in the central area of Bengbu Economic Development Zone, adjacent to Baolong square and Huaihe Culture Square in the west, Moyuan public school in the South and xintushan road in the north. There are 1234 households in Beiyuan and 1074 households in Nanyuan.
Jinshan community: located in the east of the economic development zone, it was established in December 2007, with an area of about 0.2 square kilometers, 69 residential buildings and a population of 6834.
Friendship community: it is located at the junction of Huaihe traffic management center and Yanshan Township, with East Hushan road in the west, Yanshan Road in the south, Daihu village in the north and Jiefang Road in the East. At present, there are 637 households with 1695 people.
Square community: established in December 2007. There are 1100 households, with a population of more than 4000. It has jurisdiction over Huaxia Shangdu and Baolong square.
