Liushutun Mongolian Manchu Township, belonging to Kangping County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southwest of Kangping County, adjacent to Dongsheng Manchu Mongolian Township in the East, woniushi Township in Faku County in the south, dashijiazi town in Zhangwu County in Fuxin City in the West and Zhangqiang town in the north, with an administrative area of 105 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was divided into eight districts; in 1984, it was renamed Liushutun township; at the end of 1986, it was renamed Liushutun Mongolian Manchu Township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the Manchu Township in the village of Liu Shu Tun was 15730. As of June 2020, Liushutun Mongolian Manchu Township has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages.
