Pingcun town

Pingcun town of Huitong County is the hometown of general Su Yu. It is located in the south of Huaihua City, Hunan Province. It is 10 kilometers away from the county seat. The whole town spans 10.8 kilometers from east to west, 8.2 kilometers from north to south, with a total area of 68.19 square kilometers (2017). It has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, 3 neighborhood committees and 19841 people (in 2017). Han, Dong, Miao and other ethnic groups live together in each village group.
