Manghansu
Manghansumu, belonging to Kulun banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Kulun banner. It is connected with erlshun town in the East, Kulun town and Liujiazi town in the south, and gujihuasumu and Dongming town in Naiman banner from west to north. The area is 764.18 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 11072 people had registered residence in Manhan Su mu.
In October 1958, red star commune was established. In April 1959, it was renamed Manghan commune. In August 1984, the commune system was abolished and manghansumu was established. As of June 2020, manghansumu has 16 administrative villages.
By the end of 2018, manghansumu had 30 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
During the period of northeast occupation, after the cancellation of kalka left wing banner, it belonged to Kulun banner livestock raising nutuk, nuoyan haoruo nutuk and Naiman Banner zhastanutuk.
In October of 1947, when the livestock raising nutuk was divided into halzun nutuk and bobinutuk, the land belonged to bobinutuk.
In March 1949, after being transferred from Naiman Banner to four gachas, such as erbustai, manghanutuk (also known as eight districts) was established by merging with pobernutuk to the west of nailintala.
In 1956, the organizational system of manghanutuk (District) was abolished, and four Township People's governments were established, namely, maodutala, suritu, ubustai, and sulburigentala.
In October 1958, maodutala, suritu, ubustai and subrigentala merged to form the Red Star commune.
In April 1959, it was renamed Manghan commune.
In August 1984, the commune system was abolished and manghansumu was established.

At the end of 2011, manghansumu had 16 Gacha villagers' committees, including yilalatu, Haisi, Changhai, surtu, Hatu, baiyinhaolai, baorentu, aladartu, erbutai, chaolaomen, bailiga, subrigentala, baoyintailai, taben Maodu, maoduntara and nailintala, and 35 villagers' groups.
By June 2020, manghansumu has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages: baiyinhaolaigacha, maoduntalagacha, Changhai Gacha, nailintalagacha, hesgacha, hatugacha, aladartugacha, erbutagacha, bailigagacha, subrigendalagacha, taben maodugacha, yilalatu Gacha, baoyintailaigacha, baorentugacha and suritugacha Chaolaomen village, Sumu people's Government in Huisi sumo village.
