Yangjiapo town

Yangjiapo town is located in the northeast of Tianjin Binhai New Area. It is adjacent to Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province in the East, Ninghe District, Tianjin city in the northwest, and Zhaishang street, Binhai New Area in the south. It has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages and the town government is located at No. 1, yangjiapo village. Changsha Shenzhen Expressway and Nanpu railway transit. The town area is 60.17 square kilometers, accounting for 13.7% of the total area. There are 17823 permanent residents (in 2017), and the per capita net income of farmers is 8937 yuan.

Historical evolution

In 1958, it belonged to Dongfeng commune. In 1961, it reformed yangjiapo commune. In 1983, it established yangjiapo township. In 1984, it changed its name to Dongyin township. In 1995, it established yangjiapo town. Located in the northeast of the region, it covers an area of 60.7 square kilometers and has a population of 15000. Hanyu highway and Lutang highway pass through. It has jurisdiction over 13 village committees: yangjiapo, Dongyin, Taoyuan, Gaozhuang, Fuzhuang, donglizigu, kancaizhuang, yangjiaozhuang, Luotuo, xizhuangtuo, Weizhuang, dongzhuangtuo and Xinzhuang.
