Gansu Gaotai Industrial Park

Gaotai Industrial Park in Gansu Province is a demonstration zone of East West cooperation among township enterprises approved by the Ministry of agriculture in December 1996. In December 2005, the county government entrusted the Institute of urban planning and design of Lanzhou University to complete the master plan of Gaotai Industrial Park, which was approved by Zhangye municipal government in February 2006.

In May 2006, the national development and Reform Commission announced that it was approved by the provincial government to become a provincial industrial park in Gansu Province. It is also a circular economy demonstration park, agricultural industrialization demonstration base and new industrialization demonstration base in Gansu Province.

In December 2008, it was named as the provincial agricultural products processing demonstration park by the provincial township enterprise bureau, and in June 2009, it was named as the "municipal small and medium-sized enterprise incubation base" by Zhangye small and medium-sized enterprise bureau. In 2010, the circular economy industrial park development plan of Gansu Gaotai Industrial Park was completed, and it was listed in the provincial circular economy pilot park in December. At present, Gaotai Industrial Park in Gansu Province has formed a "one park and four zones" development pattern with Nanhua agricultural and sideline products processing, light industry and light textile industry as the core, heli mineral smelting industrial zone, Yanchi salt and nitrate Fine Chemical Industrial Zone, and coal chemical recycling industrial zone as the focus, with a planning area of 28 square kilometers. there are 56 enterprises of various types, 437 individual businesses and more than 6600 employees in the park, with a total investment of 1.246 billion yuan in fixed assets. Among them: infrastructure investment is 325 million yuan, and enterprise project investment is 921 million yuan. In 2010, the total industrial output value of the industrial park was 1.364 billion yuan, and the added value was 502 million yuan, of which the industrial added value was 450 million yuan, accounting for 69.5% of the industrial added value of the whole county, the profit was 30.55 million yuan, and the tax was 39.91 million yuan.

It invested 12 million yuan to rebuild and widen Gaohuo highway (Jingwu road in the park); invested 7.688 million yuan to build six roads of 7.8 km, namely, Weiyi Road, Weier Road, Weisan Road, Weisi Road, jingsanbei road and Jinger road in Nanhua Industrial Park; invested 7.83 million yuan to complete the construction of new water sources; invested 3.448 million yuan to bury 6.5 km sewage pipelines, effectively solving the problem of Industrial Park and water pollution The problems of environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge from small towns in Nanhua are as follows: 6.3 million yuan was invested to start the flood control project; 2.25 million yuan was invested to build the waiting hall and square of Gaotai railway station; 1 million yuan was invested to complete the greening of both sides of Gaohuo road and in front of enterprises and the plant area; 2.6 million yuan was invested to complete the greening of 7 km of roads. In the industrial park, water, electricity, roads, communications, sewage, greening, flood control and business flow facilities are complete. Gaotai Sinochem tomato products company with an annual output of 34000 tons of tomato sauce, county cotton company with an annual output of 10000 tons of lint, Qilian grape wine company with an annual output of 5000 tons of series wine, Zhongnong Dakang company with an annual output of 55000 tons of corn varieties, Henan Gaoxin seed company and Gaotai seed company, and small packaging powder refined salt factory with an annual output of 110000 tons. The agricultural and sideline products processing enterprises mainly including tomato, seed production, cotton and wine grape have become the leading industries in the park, and have initially formed four industrial systems: mineral and chemical industry, light industry and textile, biological products and building materials.
