Qingshuitai street, belonging to Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Shenbei New District. Before 1957, it belonged to qingshuitai commune and Puhe commune; in July 1979, it was changed to qingshuitai street. In 2019, Qingquan Street will be abolished and its jurisdiction of Qingyu community and eight administrative villages including Qiantun, Houtun, qianyaobao, zhongwuqi, xiaoyanghe, Qingquan, nigoubao and cuigongbao will be included in qingshuitai street. At the end of 2011, the total population of qingshuitai street was 21188. As of June 2020, qingshuitai street has jurisdiction over 3 communities and 8 administrative villages.

Before 1957, it belonged to qingshuitai commune and Puhe commune.
In 1958, three administrative areas were established, belonging to qingshuitai commune.

In December 1969, the Revolutionary Committee of qingshuitai administrative region was established.
In April 1971, qingshuitai Street commune was changed.
In July 1979, it was changed to qingshuitai street.
In 2019, Qingquan Street will be abolished and its jurisdiction of Qingyu community and eight administrative villages including Qiantun, Houtun, qianyaobao, zhongwuqi, xiaoyanghe, Qingquan, nigoubao and cuigongbao will be included in qingshuitai street.
